A source has told Allpar that the Texas Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) familiar black-and-white Dodge Charger may become a thing of the past. The DPS started buying Chargers in 2012, but may switch back to Ford to get the space provided by Ford’s Explorer-based police cars.
