The Ram Man Of Steel Truck.

A one-of-a-kind Power Wagon features a Dark Ceramic Gray paint job with a high-gloss black roof, anodized red grille accents, forged aluminum, satin-black 17-inch off-road wheels, and a custom wrap with elements from Superman's suit. The interior gives you Pewter leather seats with custom mesh inserts based on the suit, and anodized red accents on the doors, steering column, radio, and seats. There are Superman logos on the grille, tailgate, seats, and console. If you cant fly and think this might be the next best thing, watch out for an auction later this year.

I'd be the hero every time I pick my grandson up at school.

Leave the Superman stuff off it, and I'd be all over it. Oh, yeah--brushed alloy wheels look much better than black.

Ah. Well, unless it's Superman's truck in the movie, it's just a custom truck. It should bring around MSRP of a Ram 1500 Quad Cab at auction, maybe a touch more.

It might be "Clark Kents" truck but, why the S logo to give away his secret identity? :D

You are forgetting the power of comic book collect-ability. I'm betting the thing goes to a guy who never imagined owning a Ram truck for any reason.

I don't think I'm underestimating it. I think they're overestimating it. It has nothing to do with the comic books or movies, other than some tacky add-on geegaws.

tacky addons and any licensing from the comic houses pretty much will help it sell above and beyond...its how the colector market of that kind of stuff works

Movie/comic-book cars need to tie into the franchise somehow, appearing in one of the installments to have value. This truck does not.

While you and I both agree on that fact, there's bound to be some rich geek-boy out there that would be willing to drop stupid money on this truck because of all the Superman crap. Yes, these people do exist and yes, they are idiots of extreme proportions.

Hell, look at how much clones (or tributes as they call em) go for on Barrett-Jackson. I've seen clones pull in close to as much money as the real deal cars. Sad, but it does happen.

one well funded fanboy + another well funded fanboy will drive the price of the truck up in a bidding war..PERIOD

Time will tell. I've seen a lot of "high value" cars get killed price-wise on the auction block.

Wonder what engine would b in it!? They need to put the 392 or a souped up 426 new hemi or bring back the v-10 truck motor!
