Hey everybody, been out awhile. The knee is healed up pretty good, only hurts when I'm moving around a lot, that's got a lot to do with the weight I put on... I'm in the process of losing that now.

Anyway this is something I've been working on, for my dad, so there isn't any cash changing hands, except for fuel money...

It's a 27'×28' addition, yep vaulted ceilings.

A man cave of sorts, complete with a hot tub, a pool table and a 70"or larger flat screen TV mounted on the wall when completed. He added a second A/C unit to make sure it stays cool.

Personally, I would have opted for a garage, but hey, it's his house.
