i probably would have shoved the roof back another 4-6 inches and kept the angle as is..but looks great

Pretty funny,I was just thinking the same thing. It would smooth out the shorty trunklid look.

if you look at it real close - i think the back window is made to go down and the trunk lid is just that a very small trunk.. about 20 years ago someone had done the same to a 69 mustang and used a roof off of a falcon station wagon. turned out great and the roof did go right back to the lights. it was more to slicks and chrome and engine for that 69. sure look ed good.and i would have to agree the trunklid shouldnt be there. but it is cute,, i,d drive it ansd keep it. it,s a nice change...

if you look closer you will notice that all they did was take a roof from another mustang along with the stock rear window and grafted it on..thats why it came up short..but also why the rear window is trimed in chrome and looks stock...probably why the trunk lid looks goofy but opens
