About 6:00 AM Eastern time, hours after a midnight strike deadline had passed, Unifor Local 444 posted an announcement that it had reached a tentative agreement with Integram Magna Seating.
Integram is a key supplier of seats for the Chrysler Pacifica and Doge Grand Caravan. The Integram plant is in nearby Tecumseh, Ontario, fewer than ten miles from the FCA plant and supplies seating on a just-in-time basis.
