Dopameans and SodaPals proud dad.
Worked a 1/2 day on it pulled it down to the short block, strange the this was so stock it had the stock clamps for the water lines and all. The valve train looked clean and agreed with the 77K showing on the clock.
The bad all the bores are scored and with the rod knock I guess it ran out of oil.
The heads look good valves not sunk so I will have a lot of good parts to sell off.
Now to decied if I want to use a stock stroke crank or stroke it.
Here is the real strange part the wiring harness was perfect.
The bad on the truck body the ( new ) right fender is not fitting well I think the frame may be a 1/2 in off from the fender bender, no big deal will get it set back to were it needs to be...
Body work wise I am thinking I will replace both fenders as the new one is not so good and its the wrong year...
