I want to see the driver getting in and out. Even a poor midget would have trouble. I know from past experience that you can fit a lot of people in a bug but this one would be hard for one.

I thinks it's interesting to look at and though it appears to be operational, I can't imagine that the intent was to actually drive it around. I'd call it an art piece more than anything.
 
While it may be bolted together and the engine indeed run, unless there are some Lilliputians around who is going to be able to drive it. Hummm....it may be remote controlled - that'd be a blast.
 
By the looks of the picture, the person in front of the car is guiding the driver into a parking space at a car show, so I would think there is indeed someone inside.
 
Dude's legs are going to be straddling either side of the engine if he's laying prone. Unless again he's less than 4 feet tall. Maybe his kid? Cousin It? Alice in Wonderland when she's 6 inches tall?
There's enough room between the rear alxe and the floorpan for him to get his legs in under there. It'd be like getting in a space suit or deep diving suit spidering your way in there.
 
well...if i built it....my feet would be under the hood...since the front axles been pushed out from under the hood you could easily push the peddles and firewall forward to a lil past the middle of the hood thus allowing a tall drive to actualy fit quite nicely..course getting in and out would still be intresting
