...nice condition....but....no title, needs head gasket (easy fix), wonder how hot it got:hmmm:

All-in-all they look like a fun car but thyat one looks a little to blingy for me.:dgt:
 
i had one of those...boought it off of a used car lot for $1500...mine was a 5spd though...i think it was # 139 as they only built 500 of them...would easily do 130 in 4th gear(damhik)...let a girlfriend borrow it for a day while her Lumina was in the shop....ran it hot, blew head gasket, warped head, i sold it for $600....if it has a blown head gasket then chances are it will need a new head as well...aluminum heads warped realllllll easy on those for some reason
 
Those are notoriuos for stretching headbolts if its been turned up at all. Bad thing is, when they puke they get parked with antifreeze mixed in with the oil and it can pit the crank and scrub the bearings out of it when it gets repaired. If you do end up with it keep that in mind and watch the oil pressure like a hawk.:naughty:
 
is the lancer body the same as the bishi starion?...link no work for me...either way shelby cars are a blast and the lil 2.2 and 2.5 turbos are alot of fun
