I got drunk and swallowed my teeth, now
Had my class reunion last night and one of my long time fellow gear-heads that move to las Vegas 15 years ago stopped over today to check out the Hemi Coronet. Well naturally I have to take him for a ride. The weather is a little cooler now, only in the low 60's. So the tires don't grip very good. I got it rolling in 1st, and jumped on it. A second later, amidst the noise of tires & exhaust, I glanced at the tach to see 7k RPM. HOLY SHIT !, SHIFT. 2nd gear, a second later, more noises and 6,500, SHIFT dammit. I think I need better tires. :hmmm:
