SERIOUS WTF!

Someone's trying to get what they've got into it, out of it.

It's a pretty nice paint job. The interior looks nice and tidy.
The tail strip bugs me as does the overall look under the hood.
Those are personal aesthetic choices that he made though. The under hood stuff could be changed over time, but the stripe is unfortunate if you really can't live with it.

I can't knock the effort that went into it, but I might question why bother with a 74 Scamp.

I actually kind of like it, but they're about $30,000 high on the price. They put that much money into painting it, and it's got a 79-cent positive terminal on the battery?!

Actually, looking at a few other Darts and such with tail stripes, I think it's more the bumper ends than the stripe itself.
They finish at a different angle and that kind throws my eye off.

That said, a more vertical stripe would probably have worked better.

:D...that was one of the first things I noticed under the hood...darn cheapo battery cable end....:D

I too can't knock the paint and body work...looks amazing. But I too have to wonder why spend this much on a 74 Scamp, 318/2bbl!! Also the car was originally KB5 blue.

I would drive the shit outta that.

But I'm not taking out a mortgage on my house to do it thank you. :shifty:
