Shoots water through a little coffee-filled disc right in to the cup. One cup at a time. Takes, at worst, 1 minute (for a heatup cycle), at best about 15 seconds to make a perfect cup everytime.
No coffee grounds to clean up. They stay in the disc. You just chuck the disc.
Self-cleans for the most part. It comes with a cleaning disc that causes the hot water to circulate through the brewing part of the machine. There's only one piece that I take out to soak and rinse once or twice a week. and I wipe down the machine at the same time.
Cost of coffee is a bit higher, but not too bad. I figure the extra cost makes up for time spent cleaning.
The hot chocolate by itslef isn't that great, but mixed in with a latte, it makes a great mocha latte.

I looked at my coffee pot this AM and it has a small protruding ridge just below the lip. Dribbles try to run down the spout and get redirected into the cup.
what you guys need to do is: buy yourself some coffee beans and hersey's chocolate, melt the chocolate to pour over your beans, freeze them then eat 3-4 beans and you're set to go! That'll wake you up in the morning! :giggedy::Fresh Meds::nanna:just don't eat too many of 'em. Or you'll be visiting the porclain god all day long.
