Ok so i am starting to think about radiators.

I have a flex fan that I am not sure how i acquired but its blue
I do have some fan shrouds which i keep forgetting to look at the part numbers.

Now for rad anybody know where i can get a decent rad? I have been looking at these

should i run electric fans? for a warmed over 340? or stick with what i have or pay the price to find a clutch fan?
electric fans?

should i use a 22 inch or a 26 inch? mainly street driving for me:hmmm:

whats your thoughts?

I would chuck the flex fan, personally, and go with a thermal clutch fan. Unfortunately, the radiator you posted has no provisions for mounting a factory shroud. Of course, there are ways around everything and that problem wouldn't be too hard to solve.

I would recommend going with a 26" if the one they sells will fit. There's no such thing as too much cooling, and street driving demands more of the cooling system than racing. The three-row version with fans supposedly will cool 600HP; I'm not sure how they get that rating but I guess it's food for thought. It would save you the hassle of a clutch-type fan and shroud, anyhow.

if your looking for an original part to rebuild, i have a couple 340 rads beside the garage.
i also have a nice clutch fan off my 340 sitting on the shelf

i have a couple of original rads too ... but for the cost to recore them and i dont need numbers

I am leaning mostly towards dual electric fans
