"Its Canuck star Cobie Smulders says the new instalment features a parade of homegrown celebs including Geddy Lee, Steven Page and Luc Robitaille, and the return of her goofy '80s alter ego, singing sensation Robin Sparkles — who displays a much darker side than we've ever seen before."

"Aside from Lee, Page and Robitaille, guest stars include Alex Trebek, Alan Thicke, k.d. lang, Jason Priestley and Paul Shaffer. James Van Der Beek also returns as Robin's first boyfriend, Simon."

I know it's not a favourite for some, and it sort of comes and goes in my watch list (and I didn't even bother with it until season 5 or 6 I think), but these Canadian flashbacks have always been funny.

And hey! Geddy Lee in a sitcom!

I watch the show now and then. I think it's pretty funny actually. Neil Patrick Harris is hilarious in it and who can argue with Colbie Smulders?! ;)

I don't have cable...by choice...so don't watch much TV. Haven't watched much in the last few years regardless...that's why I canceled my cable. Funny thing is even without paying for a cable subscriptin, I still get about a dozen channels....and MTV, and the comedy channel are a couple I now get for free...;)

Heh... when I turned on the Super Bowl yesterday, I had to look for the remote. I realized the TV hadn't been on for over two weeks. I have very-limited cable, just enough that I can keep my internet working.

We can opt to have cable/internet/and phone all by the same server...and if you choose not to pay for one of these the other still work fine.
