1968 Charger R/T with the plate "Hemifear". Looked nice, straight, white with a black tail stripe. As I followed it, I noticed the humongous bias ply rears, and skinny fronts.
then I noticed the driver and his blue haired passenger where getting on in days. very cool. wonder if he owned it from new? Perhaps it is local? Restoman, do you know this one???
