ok the guy next door has had me busy as all hell and is throwing yet more work ontop up my uncompleted work

ive made him up a set of runningboards and fenders for his boat trailer to make it safer and easyer to get in and out of the boat when loading\unloading and what not...obviously these runners and fenders need paint...but the trailer is pretty dinged up and needing paint toooo

sooo whats a good paint to use on it?...not something stupidly priced that ya gotta hand over a kidney...just something that will last and look good....white preferance

RUST COAT PAINT... we get at the stores herepaint it recreational white with red fenders looks good.it ,s like motor home white.wont show the dirt as easy..it,s an enamal paint. hard as nails if you paint outside on a hot day. bakes on and then another coat the next day... works real well and paint the rims black.over here it costs about 30 a gal.you can spray it on or brush. works well and weather real good. i have sprayed work trucks and heavy machinery with it . and another trick is oil based exterior house paint. put in your thinners and reducers and hardener a little more than you would for painting. shines like a diamond. NO-JOKE.. I CAN PROVE IT TO YA... i know you think i lost it --- i havent. if it is budget work i know how to do it. the shine will stay 3 years or more. use it on trailers all the time. or use enamal outside house paint with xylene it will dry in an hour and you can go down the road dry.hope it helps..:)
