I will be leaving here Thursday after work and heading to Joliet, IL for the CARQUEST Auto Parts NHRA Nationals. Me and three buddies are taking a 40 foot motor home down and will be spending the weekend at the strip and in the pits.

This is my first trip to such an event. I am looking forward to the speed, noise and not hearing anything again for a few days.

I told them when they hired me that I already had these plans and had already spent the money on the tickets.
