Nothing like a Sweet Southern Body!

[smilie=J: There is nothing like starting with a lovely lady with a nice body and frame. It just makes working her over a more enjoyable experience.

The chassis work is basically complete now, With the car on stands that 69x9x9 lent me, I tore the car down of engine and suspensions, did some sand blasting to prep her for some Zero Rust.

Good Buddy Firefighter came down to help do the final prep and paint the Zero Rust underside and on the bare steel cage.

The floors look great too. It is great to not have to invest in the rebuilding the underbody like I had to with the Cuda

LOL

Firefighter said I should post this for our fellow Canadians!
I was lucky to get a nice bodied car like this in Canada. (thanks Ron AKA Firefighter)

The person I purchased this from brought it to Ontario from Arizona. He got tired of the project as he was having success with his small block Indy PickUp truck

Here is the rear with the tires I am using. With the Mini Tubs, I can fit an even bigger tire... if I get enough power behind it:gaga:

Yep, it looks great....just like my 68 Charger that came from the southwest. Gotta LUV those dry southern cars. That's all factory sheetmetal boys ; floorpans, trunk & extensions, frame rails, inner fenders as well as all the body panels.

That Runner was a steal for what Rob paid for it.

This is the second time i've sprayed with Zerorust and i must say it's very easy to work with and applies beautifully. :)

Ron
