No Pics, but I'm still stoked...

Sooo I got me a new Mopar buddy w/a cool collection! Went to pick up my stepsons from the inlaws yesterday, and dude who lives down the street w/a 70 Torino out front has his 3-car garage open... And I stopped in the middle of the street because WTF there is a 70 Dodge Challenger, a 72 Challenger, and a 72 Cuda!!!!!
I about freak out, and my wife says "Well go TALK to the guy!"

So I do, he's under the hood of the Cuda, and looks up and tells me to come on in... The Cuda is a 4-speed Pistol Grip w/a 340 SixPack on it!!!!!

I about freaked out again.

End up bullshitting w/him for a half an hour, he tells me of some VERY interesting cars here and there in my surrounding area. AND he knows of my car and wants me to come by cuz he's got some stuff lying around I can have!!!!!

This may not sound to exciting to ya'll, but I don't even have any motorhead buddies who come over; much less anyone w/some cool ass Mopes.

I'd take pics, but he is leery of people knowing what he has in his garage. The Cuda is nicest; he has owned for 14 years. The 70 Chally is rusty, but he picked it up for $1000 10 years ago and drove it to work everyday!
The 72 is his latest purchase, and has a 340 in it as well.

Ok rambling now, just had to tell somebody. Thanks guys!

Sounds cool you're "in".

When I moved to Manson City I flirted with selling the roadrunner and ran an add in the paper. Didn't sell or even get any decent offers but met most of the mopar folk.

That's pretty cool! I know where there are a few mopars around where I live, but never see the owners to get to know them. Don't even know what they look like. Our local car show isn't the biggest, and don't see the local mopars participating at the shows. So I can relate how excited it would be for you to find a new mopar buddy.

i guess im lucky.... i have a brother thats a mopar guy.... and he's right across the hall from me.... but, neither one of us have anything cool yet.... i just have my dakota... and he has his 69 dart.... that should be mine... but oh well.... maybe sometime soon i'll have it.... i also inheirited a mopar buddy from my dad's mopar days.... that and a couple guys i know from school so im pretty well set.... Now all i need to do is hang out with em more.... :huh:
