There is something there, but it doesn't look like slapper bars.

It looks more like something that goes across and under the rear end...

It's hard to tell though...

They're slappers... look ahead of the LH rear tire and you can see the bar and part of the snubber poking out.

I'm surprised they're not yellow.

Uh, what "look" would that be? The "I sold my Camaro but couldn't bear to let go of this $19 aftermarket junk" look, or the "I bought this car because it's pretty and yellow and I know nothing about Mopars" look?

Yes, they're traction bars, and from the street they actually look like they are chrome. From the rear, you see about a solid 4"x4" chrome square on each side, they look huge. The rest of the car looks cherry though.
