Very cool.

We rented a Commander while away in July and I'm thinking it would replace my wife's Ferd Exploder rather nicely....

It is supposed to be a decent weekend and we are planning to remove the hard top and try the soft top. I will try to get a picture with no top. :xl:

No guarantees on the doors [smilie=J:

Yeah Kamstra, you can be my reveiwer. I wanted one of the unlimited's but saw a couple of writeup's on them that were not to friendly.

"Enemic power, even at sea level"

"Kia class plastic for a 30K vehicle?"

Both said it was still a Jeep offroad and performed perfectly at the Rubicon trail.
Keep us posted please:cool:

Nifty buggy Kam.

Kinda would like to see a Jeep pickup in production...:hmmm:

For sure. It does not have Camry like road manners but handles much better than my blazer. I understand fuel economy is poor, but thats OK for our purposes. Here is the soft top installed.

I am about as pasty white as the JEEP

Took 2 doors off, Had to leave the back ones on for the little guy. :) Kinda weird driving with no door at first.

The have a "Jeep wave" like they do when you drive your muscle car around, but just other Jeep owners.

Would seem a bit awkward driving without the side mirrors on it also...

In Ontario, it's true. There's some rules to it though. Mostly, you can do it in the typical places where a guy would take off his shirt - the beach, parks, backyards, etc...
I've never actually seen it done.
There was a bit of an uproar when it all first came to be - some hairy-pitted butch in University was pissed off that the guys could take their shirts off while they tossed the frisbee around and she took it to court. So, now it's legal.

Oh, and beep. I gave that hairy-pitted butch your phone number. :finger:

Hijack over: Jeep looks good, Rob.
Now that I've seen it with the top off, didn't MOPAR have one sans top at MOPARfest? (I didn't snap a pic of it though..)

definatly looks great with the top and doors off

i showed up to my bud's wedding im my rented tux with a mud covered ramcharger and NO DOORS the looks i got in traffic were priceless

driveing with no doors is fun as hell......even more fun in that pinto wagon we had
