Picked up a resto 340 block at Moparfest. First time I've seen one in the flesh....er.... iron. They are definitely a first class casting. Extra meat on the deck, lifter gallery and pan rails. 4 bolt main caps that spread to the pan with bulkheads that would make a hemi owner grin. Should take any horsepower I can throw at it. Glad I waited.[smilie=J:

Block was cheap at a grand Canadian. The cheapest i've seen was 2195 US from Mancini, and that's when they can get them.........
