picker. It has a spring loaded knob on the ram. when you loosen the valve for lowering the hoist arm, it automatically closes the valve when you let it go.
I got the exact same model but not from HF. That is the only thing I don’t like on mine is that you need to be very careful when lowering the ram, if you turn to far it drops very fast. The return spring is a really nice feature.
