My new dream car. BIG PICS

Beauty of a car....love the colors and the condition is amazing!!!

I realy hated reading the description in the big red letters and then there is the first line claiming the 3 trophies it's won.....who cares...anyone can pay to have a trophy made saying it was the best of this or the best of show that.....irrelivant information and it pisses me off...if you couldn't tell...

These are the people who think a trophy adds value to the car....nope don't think so....:naughty:

Add value to a car.....nope. But if you've done the majority of the work yourself it's a proud moment to be recognized for your accomplishment.

But in this case all he has done is preserve what the factory originally did. :dgt:

Very true...never thought of that way...I'll allow a trophy for only this one scenario....:p

The only trophy I've ever won was a lifetime-achievement award as an altar boy at American Martyrs Church.

If they could see me now. :D

I'd rather win a race than a trophy. A fast car is prettier than a shiny one.

Before you even think it, it is absolutely not funny to degrade my service to my religion with some smarmy comment about inappropriate behavor with a priest. Should you do it anyhow, keep in mind--if we ever meet in person, I will punch you in the face so hard, your next descendant will be born with a black eye.

now that was funny Jass--- . anyway the car is beautiful. and your right trophies dont count . it is also nice to be reconized like 68 said. i have a friend who goes to shows and they hand out plaques to the first 25 who show up. he has a wall full of them. he thinks his car is worth 20 grand and he bought it for 9 and has done nothing with it.it,s a 1940 Ford with and S-10 welded under it and a 350 stuck in it-- i told him i wouldnt have paid 2500 for it. but he has tried to sell it and shows the wall. the one kid just ogled the wall and wanted the car til his dad showed up the kid was 22. the old man changed the idea real quick. but he still thinks the car is worth 25,000.. XL saw the car and just smiled the same as me. WHAT do you say to these idiots anyway. ?????? just thinking about it causes me heartburn. i dont know how how he got it on the road. when he goes to shows he wont let anyone near it . he.ll have that thing til he is 105 years old if it holds a day. 68 is right and your right TC. i think i,ll go and build a trophy that is 10 feet high and get it marbled and plastic things on it and a car that flashes the headlites on and off with lots of GOLD and SILVER and put it in my house and tell everybody that i won it for my Chevette in the junkyard contest. think i can get 7500 for it cause i was the biggest winner --- oh and i,ll run off a bunch of ballots - put them in a box and say i got the most votes. and give them all to the guy who buys the car -- it does have a resereve bid. ---- spot 14 in the corner of the junkyard-:bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bwuhaha::bwuhaha::doh::doh::toot::toot::bwuhaha:
