so i had a weird idea the other day...and ran with it..id toss up some pic's but it isntthe prettiest creation but a heal of a breakfast none the less

fire up a grilled(or frying pan) toss in some butter and grill up one side of 2 slices of deli sour dough bread as if you were making grilled cheese..lightly toast the other side..when done set aside ..grab some peppered turkey and butter fry it to a bacon like texture..i like mine a bit more on the crunchy side..the butter allows the turkey to bacon up....while this is frying grab some cream cheese and slather the toasted side of both slices of bread...as the turkey finishes up cover both slices of bread with it..next up fry up a couple of eggs to your own likings..when done toss it on the bread as a sandvich...it will taste a bit strange but good... after the 3rd bite your trying to figure out the flavor..it will have a hint of biscuits and gravy

It doesn't sound strange to me at all... but it sounds pretty good! I'll have to try this one, heavy on the turkey!

I was going to give the baconized turkey a chance, but have some of the real stuff on standby.

you can actualy baconize the turkey into...(ducks flying things) tasting better than bacon
