My son has a 3 wheeler bike. He needs the extra wheel for stability. But the bike wasn;t very cool. So my son Mike would like an upgraded version. Originally he was looking at black with flames but me has decided on a GENERAL LEE version.

A trip to Ottawa was in order this weekend to pick up parts from Firefighter and to drop off the Bike to Chris 69x9x9. Mike sanded it down while, Ron, Chris and I chatted. Off with the Purple and it future looks ORANGE.

Good Guy ALERT Chris 69x9x9 is painting Mikes bike for FREE. Its Uncle Chris and Uncle Ron now for Michael. It is amazing the generousity of the good people you meet thru this hobby. [smilie=e:

I am preparing the vinyl cut outs for the rebel flag and the Mikes Generla Lee insignia.

This is MOPAR OR NO CAR / BIKE
Here is a before pic. We need to add a "basket" shelf at the back for the rebel flag.

That’s cool! Be sure to post pics of the finished product.[smilie=e:

Rob,it was great seeing you and Mike again, glad you were able to stop by this wknd.,Mikey seems eager to get his project going,he did a nice job sanding!,I have a great paint guy,and told him I needed just a small pint of a high impact color, for a special buddy of mine, and he personally drove up to my shop and delivered it for us,,on his way home from work ! here it is ,it's Orange as orange can be !!

that's just a base coat sherwin williams,it'll shine after it's clearcoated,,I'm kinda' liking mikey's color choice,I may have to 2 tone my '62 fury with orange/white.!!

Rob,looks like you built a cobblestone road in your shop since I was last down there ! I hope you remember how to put that bike back together???....lol

Way to step up to the plate on this little project Chris ! [smilie=e: Mike's going to have a color matched trike to dad's Cuda 'vert....how cool is that !!! [smilie=e:

Interlocking brick...
Thats what happens when you have a family of landscapers.

The brick was down for a couple years. You probably didn't see if for the mess of parts LOL. [smilie=e:
It is poor for engine hoists or anything with small wheels. They get caught in the grooves. I plan on picking them all up and flipping them upside down. I also want to pour some concrete and buy a used hoist

I have to shoot some purple today,so I may just get the Vitamin C out,and get her in color,,then clear everything tonite,,,,

I will show the pictures to Mike Tonight. You are a GOOD man Chris, thanks! [smilie=e: [smilie=e: [smilie=e:

That's very cool.

Someone should mock up a DANA to replace that rear end..

I'd do it, but cardboard wouldn't last very long... [smilie=s:

well dave,it's not a dana,but I did put a clutch style s.g. in it with a 4.56,to improve his 1/4 e.t.'s.

I got some color on the parts today,in between stuff, even had a little clear left and shot the chainguard,The frame will need a light scuff and another coat tommorro,Vitamin C doesn't cover well, over primer, plus it is really the worst color for going airborne onto everything,,,,lol,,,,,,when I paint a car that color I alway's tint my primer,,a little too much prep for a bike,it takes several coats, that's 3 on there now, sanded lightly with 1200 and 2 more coats will do it,,course I just used a small jamb gun,

oops let me chop that last pic down a bit,,,this was actually last nite,I just gave them a mist of orange and let them dry overnite,to let all the solvent evaporate from the primer. We gotta' treat this thing like a "Hemi runner",after all , I heard them duke boy's wanted one of them first ,

Hello Chris, This is Michael.
Daddy showed me the pictures tonight. Thankyou for alll your work and the stuff you did. I like the color. Can I get the bike soon, Uncle Chris?
