I still don't understand WHY anyone sane or otherwise would pay that much money for this car when B-J was sell Hemi cars for around 100,000+ and in prefect shape.
Also noticed the reserve hasn't been meet...hmmmmm bad timing maybe or did these big money spenders also watch B-J and said "HEY!!! I'm getting ripped off?"

Just watched a '66 supercharged Shelby Cobra go for $5mil today. Was owned by Carroll himself. Just insane what some of these cars are going for on Barrett-Jackson. :doh:

That car was awesome..twin Paxtons. Bill Cosby had owned its twin but sold it to a gentleman who inturn killed himself with it. I remember listening to a Cosby album where he talked about it. "Why is there air?" I believe the album was called.
