i didnt get a head count on the cars but the organizer said "it was much better than last year"

anyway got an early start this mornin on 4-5 hours sleep wakeing up at 7am(been getting up at 2pm) finished loading food, chairs, misc bs double check the trailer and well...that POS death trap of a uhaul(mark nixon you owe me 70$ for putting me 2 weeks behind and blowing me off without a phone call) to top things off its COLD and misty..got down to the track around 830 with well other than the organizer and 2 of his friends i was more or less the first car they and was told to "park on the end under the tree im thinking ooo shade since its been in the 90s for the last 2 weeks..10 mins later it stoped misting and was just a lil cold but not bad for still early..stayed about 70-75 all day..could not have payed for better weather..anyway i unwraped the lloyd and basicaly sat around waiting for "others" to show up....and show yeah they did at there own pace and staying for as long as they felt like.....ive been to some mopar and "other" misc shows and never have a been around a such laid back crowd..a few ppl were letting ppl sit in there cars..touching cars was completly allowed..totaly not what i expected....it would be like a full moparnuts gathering/show and shine type of thing lol.....some rusty cars some nice cars and some cherry till ya got close...i cant say i saw anything that i would put in the "trailer queen" catagory even tho most are trailered due to "fear of freway speeds" even tho most were 2 cyl 2 stroke around 300-400cc...i managed to take 179 pic's wich i have "sorta" labled and put up on photo bucket..."hopefully" the slideshow will work

i did get talking with a few ppl who have either had a lloyd way way back or knew someone who did....met a nice gentalman who GAVE me a few lloyd items 1 is a dealership brochure and the other is a lloyd owners magazine that "new" car buyers got.......everything i hear is that it will be VERY rare to see another lloyd...even the east coast shows dont see em....
killer laid back day couldnt have went any better unless i had been able to drive the lloyd and go on the "cruise" after the show......the race moto's had rented the track so i got to listen to screaming bikes most of the day....i grew up with motocross so i was in heaven

"hopefully this works....you will be asked for a password its lloyd.....incase your not directed to it..its the NW minimicro album

Cool! Looks like a fun show!

So now I know what car Shelby used when he first made his Cobra. I heard he used a British car for the body but I never knew what one until now.

hmm no ...not being able to see em bee?

yeah those berklys are "tiny" and definatly baby cobra's about 3/4 scale cobra's just look at the engine shots for an idea of size and the "chain drive"

yeah that poor volvo wagon has some ..well curiousness to it and yet inspireing at the same time...but definatly ugly as sin and i wouldnt be caught dead in it

I would feel like a giant around those cars, and I'm not that big (I think) Those Berkly's are cool, as is that Citron wagon. Overall looks like a pretty cool show.

yeah im 6'4 the event organiser owner of i belive the flamed 360 and both of the subaru minivans is 6'6.......yeah ya definatly feal like a giant around them
