Looking for a MOPAR word

That relates to, or invokes the ideas of, triple and boost.

Any ideas?

So far, I can only think of triple six from the Aussie HEMI, and that's not quite a fit.

How about...3 pounds of boost, 3 pounds of pressure. Or maybe...triple turbo? Or how about... Once, twice, three times a turbo?

All right. I had to get on with this little project.
After a week of searching the web, my creative mind (quick study, that), and anything else I could think of, I decide to just make something up... sort of.

I'm building a guitar pedal. It's a boost pedal that has three different types of boost built into one pedal.
So, it's a Tri-Boost.

I didn't want to just go along with that name, but wanted to try and come up with something different, and I kinda wanted to include a MOPAR theme

Here's what I've settled on for a design.

The stomp switch will come up right through the large Fratzog.
The other two are just there for decoration.

For a colour, I have an industrial Zinc coating on the enclosure now and it has a bit of a metallic sparkle to it.
I intended it to be just a primer and it will need some kind of top coat to it. Eventually everything will have a Krylon Crystal Clear coat over it.

Here's a couple of picture in different light showing the colour on the back of the enclosure.

The other idea I had was Chrysler Engine Blue - the turqoise sort of blue.

About the only limitation that I have in the design is that I can't print white...

I know this seems like I'm designing by committee - and maybe that's what this is - but I have trouble committing to something that is made up.
If there was some sort of formula to follow, I'd be done already.
This creative chit kills me. My only hope is a burst of creativity and that happens less often these days.

Any comment welcome.

The graphic doesn't look as bad printed out in paper, but it could use some cleaning up...

I hate graphics programs.

Hmmm..

Slant 6 = Clean
6Pack = Linear
HEMI = Germanium

PSI = Level

Rich = Full
Lean = Treble
??? = Mid

New plan.

This on a yellow background - and I might try and squeeze a tail stripe in there somewhere.

Something like this:
The stripe will be done in paint so that it will wrap around the entire box (or at least down the sides.)

I fixed the lettering for you;

I made some small changes, I think the lettering flows together a little better;

Awesome! I couldn't have gotten there. I don't have the patience for graphics programs. I'm only good at tweaking. ;)

I cleaned up a couple of things for printing and tweaked the lettering a bit more to get the tops of each letter to follow a swirling line through the circle.

I put a coat of yellow on the enclosure last night. I'm going to put another on this morning and see how it looks later today.

Update. (Finally!)

I obsessed over the paint for weeks, and I'm still not 100% happy. I've used almost a whole can of Krylon and a few pieces of sandpaper.

I just got the decals on and I'm letting them setup. I have to carve out the holes for the dials and switches. Then, I'll put on a few coats of clear before finishing up the assembly.

Thanks for the inspiration and help with the artwork!

Looks great! :dance: So,...... will there be a video of the little bee in action? :nanatar:

Done!!

Here's the printed Circuit Board in place just to line up the switches and LEDs to the top of the enclosure. It came back out to add some of the wiring.

Here's everything all wired up.

..and here it is all buttoned up after testing and tuning.

Ready to RAWK!

Now, I just need to learn to play something that'll take advantage of it.
