You end up in the hospital and when you get out they send you home with perscriptions you get them and then you try to figure out what to do for the mortgage bill. I called the company and they set up an arrangement but the bad thing is they will put a 30 day deal on my credit report and that drops me between 30-60 points which will hurt I even asked them if they would take a part payment and they said no because i have half which is 275.60 Sorry i vented i needed to tell someone.

Are you dealing with a mortgage service company by any chance?
They're a bitch to deal with. Been there done that.
If you are dealing with one, try to find out who the actal mortgage holder is and call them direct. (Sometimes it is not easy to find out) I saved myself about $5,000 in accumulated service charges that way when I sold the house in Texas, if you can call writing a check "selling". But the check I wrote was $5,000 less than it would have been.
