Need hood latch tray and assembly fo 68 charger. Cash or will trade for 70 assembly.
 
By "tray" do you mean the part that mounts to the core support?

Coronet should be the same, right?
 
If it's what I think it is (part of the grille frame), I have at least one that I'm not going to use. It's pretty rough though (both are actually). I'll try blasting one a bit to see what it looks like, but I expect a LOT of pits. It would be solid enough though. You'd just need to skim coat it to smooth it out.

Check it out........just found out I need the "tortion Rods for the trunk lid also.........anybody know how those things go in???
 
According to my part # info, the Charger & Coronets used the same latch mechanisms. But it does show a different latch for each year.

68 - 2583352
69 - 3695858
70 - 3695872

I'm cornfuzzled. You need the latch or the tray that the latch mounts on..??

I'll go shnap some pics of what I have. Maybe that'll clear things up.
 
Thanks and great guy award goes to 68 R/T sent me the latch........Now who's got a tray?????? Still looking and fore the tortion rods too!!!!

I would say yes but seeing as I have none and don't know for sure I guess thats the animal. The 70 I have is alot different.
 
The one that I have for a 68 'Net is totally different. It's only about 5" wide at its' widest part.
 
Hmm. this one is a 69.

I don't know if a 70 is different, but I'd have to guess that it would be, no?
 
That's the one... the '70 Charger one is different, I believe, because of the loop bumper, and the other B-car ones are different because they're not the same. :D The other cars had a different grille structure and didn't have hideaways, so it stands to reason that the latch support/header panel would be different.
