I'm not sure if any of you have a Lansky knife sharpening kit but if you have a lot of knives or a few good ones that need a good edge on them, I recommend one of these kits. Stretch borrowed me his Deluxe sharpening system and it does a fantastic job. I just did a couple knives out of the block in the kitchen and they're sharp enough to shave the hair off my arm. [smilie=2: My dad has had one of these for many years. I always bugged him to sharpen my jack knife when I was younger but he refused, telling me it was too sharp and unsafe. Now I know why. Going through all 5 stones to make a good edge takes a bit of time but seems to be worth it.
