Got my company 2008 Grand Caravan on Friday last week and it replaced the 2003 that I had been driving for the last 4 1/2 years. The jury is out on whether I am totally impressed.
Plus's
- are 4 wheel disk (good feel to them compared to the 2003), sto and go seats,( don't have to clutter my garage to store the seats as my parts take the wholeback) engine compartment is huge, (lots of room to work under the hood) Drink/cup holder actually works. Has 2 glove boxes in front of the passenger, 1 upper and 1 lower. (None under the seat.) Price is right, company leased.
Negative's
- front seats are not as comfortable, Sto and go's apparently even less, have not tried. Gauge panel has a white background that at night with the dash lights on the reflection kills the eyes. Cruise control is an arm mounted on the back right side of the steering wheel at about 4 o'clock. Driver's rear view mirror gives the appearance that the rear windshield is 30' away.
Other - Shifter is mounted on the dash on the right of the steering wheel.
