Is this for real?

The discs are for real but they never came from the factory on that car....Imperial only came with rear disc back then if I'm not mistaken.

Not like that car is the pinnacle of originality... probably just a 9¼" out of a '74-'75 Imp. It's a direct bolt-in on 1971-'79 B-bodies.

The car had 1972 front and rear Charger bumpers put on in place of the 1973 bumpers. The front bumper has the hideaway headlights. The 904 small block transmission did not last long, and I replaced it with a fresh A-727 and new Clutch Products drive-shaft. I had to locate and replace one of the rear disc brake calipers and a set of pads. The rear-end came off of a 1974 Chrysler Imperial Coupe had featured standard rear disc brakes and sure-grip 3:55/1 ratio differential.
