Kinda of scarey that our era may be a black hole in history. Got me to thinking about what I have for physical "stuff" around here. Looking through my gallery of digital photos, I have over 4400 in an online gallery a friend of mine hosts. God knows how many I have on disc (some I can't access since the DVD with most of photos on it doesn't work now that I formatted my HD
). The photos are the main things I'd like to get developed since there isn't much for documents that I really need to have saved. I may look into those gold Memorex DVDs as well ($20 for 5 isn't too bad if they last longer than I will).
That leads me to another thing. I've never printed digital prints before. If they are an odd size (not something that fits a 4x6" or 5x7"), does the picture get stretched, shrunk or cropped to fit the print size? Or do they print what the print actually is?
