I think Britney Spears

My neighbours daughter who just turned 16 and does our baby sitting, one night we were talking music and asked her what her favorite band was...we were not prepared for the answer.... The Beattles!!![smilie=2:

There is hope!! :D

Well, I know the song, but did not know the title or band, so now I do. Yeah, the lead "singer" is a little "whacky", as you put it DCF, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't show that to your daughter. I don't know how old she is, but my guess is, that video's a whole lot tamer than some of the the stuff they see on TV these days, not to mention, the internet. BTW, who wasn't whacky in the 60s and 70s? Had a lot to do with that "whacky tabaccy"!! :bwuhaha:Ahhhh.........takes me back......... :giggedy:

I just think if she sees it, the song will immediately become uncool in her mind... :D

I don't remember the band being called focus (not that my German was any good anyway), but I do remember seeing that dude in Germany at a festival when I was in the Army. He did that song, and a crazy flute thing for about 20 minutes.
If its worth anything, America was there too.
You could just about butter the beer.:bravo: I'm suddenly missing Germany.

I'm finding it amusing as hell that my 14 yr old son is listening to the exact same stuff I was at his age. Just yesterday he bought Megadeth's greatest hits and Iron Maiden-Number of the Beast.

*sniff...I'm so proud* :2thumbs:
