I've spotted it around town a few times and it looks like a nice, solid car.
The pics show it needing some upholstery work and an interior door panel or two and a proper air cleaner, but other than that...

Way too much $$$ though, in my opinion.

I would be very surprised if that truly was an L-code car, and even if it was, it's not 11:1 compression. None of the 440s were that high.

It didn't look like it had those big exhaust manifolds but it's really hard to see much in the pics.
