I went to a local show put on by the Historical Car Club of Pa and I got 3rd in my class. I won second in the fall show but I have headers on it now so I guess I did good.
First place was won by a very clean 71 Firebird.
A 70 RR got second, that guys arm must have been tired though, never stopped rubbing the damn thing![smilie=e:
I picked up a 73 Duster grill for $40., don't know if it was a good deal or not but it's mine now. [smilie=e:
Here's the pics I took:

I liked the Corvair station wagon. I don't remember seeing one before. [smilie=color_.gif]

Yeah it's running good but I'm taking off the LOUD flowmasters and putting on a set of Dynomax super turbo mufflers. I hear they are quieter and make more hp.
It's strange, when I put the headers on the drone went away then I had the X pipe installed and the drone came back so I'll try changing the muffs.
Guess I'm getting old! [smilie=a:

I use Dynomax muffs....they are nice. As mean sounding as a badger with a nail through his dink, but no droning at all.

[smilie=e: Nice pictures thanks love to see those other cars. We got our first big show this weekend, and I am still waiting for the little things to finish my Car. Year One is not real quick they been telling me next week for three weeks now.

Well said. [smilie=e:

The Goerlich XLerator muffler is quite like the Dynomax straight through oval.
I'm planning on installing these on the RR.....someday.

How much do those cost? My mufflers and tailpipes are shot on the Duster I'm trying to keep cost down but I want to take this car on long roadtrips eventually.

Dave!
