my glass are off! :giggedy::giggedy:The other night I had blurred vision with my glasses on but when I took them off I can see! A similar thing happened to my dad when he turned 51!

My Dad wore glasses all the time for about 15 or 20 years.
He went last year to the eye Doc when he thought it was time for a new prescription - Turns out he only needs them now for reading.

Go figure, huh?

Wish I didn't have to wear mine but my eyes are way too sensetive for contacts. :( Been tested for contacts twice and both eye docs told me the same thing....I'm stuck being a 4 eye! :doubt::D

I wish I could do away with mine. I've been wearing them since I was 10 or 11. :doubt: Sadly, my eyes are bad enough that the same thing won't to me as it happened to Dave. Shooting my eyes with giant laser beams is the only way to fix my peepers.

I went to the eye Dr. on Saturday. No longer need glasses. Except for reading. He checked my bifocals and said the prescription in them was wrong.
I need 1.50 they were 2.50. No wonder I got headaches.
My wife Mary is a paralegal and said her firm has many lawsuits filed against Pearl vision center for the same thing, not filling presciptions correctly.
Stay away from Pearl!!!!!!

After hearing many stories about the hospital here, I'm not surprised people don't go to the doctor. Those old people many be right after all (I know a few old people who refuse to go to the doctor for ANYTHING). I know a doctor vs. an eye doctor is different but for what you pay and how important your vision is day-to-day, there's no reason there should be mistakes.
