Send a picture file in jpg format of your car to dbmaster@moparnuts.com.

To make things easy, name the file with what you want to show up when someone hovers their mouse over the picture. Usually, that's your username here on the site. Like "dodgechargerfan.jpg".
If you have more than one car that you want up in the banner, you can get creative like "68s wagoon.jpg" or something along that lines.
Generally speaking, we want to have just one picture of a particular car, but ya know, it's really not a big deal to have more. If it's a really cool picture and fits well in the banner size, send it.

The only rules there is that it has to be a valid filename. Your computer will squawk at you if it's not.

All banner pictures get sized down to 125 pixels high. If you can do that yourself, that'd save one less step for us. :) Don't worry if you can't though, it's not a long process.

The best width for a picture is 166 pixels. That fills up the space in the banner nicely with just some border on the sides. Anything bigger than that and the picture needs to get shrunk down and you get the borders all around your picture. If your picture turns out to be a different width, don't worry about it but don't complain about the borders. :shifty:

The 125 height is the key number.

If all of this is greek to you, just send the picture in the highest resolution that you have and we'll tweak all this stuff for you.

And remember that the banner is completely random and it doesn't check to see if a picture is already in one of the spaces. So, it's very likely that you will see the same picture more than once up there. I've seen beeps car show up 4 in a row.
