I had to take a cash advance from Visa and deposit it into my savings account. The teller said it's going to cost me interest... But I asked "Interest on what?" it's a positive credit in my favour. I could see a cash advance fee, but interest?
Guess we'll see how much I get dinged for this. Don't think I'll go back to the school that I withdrew from on account of a knee injury. Took them over 30 days (and about 11 phone calls) to refund my money less 1400 bucks deposit and book fee, and they wouldn't write a cheque, had to refund to my Visa...
