Industry analysts ALG estimated that FCA spent more per car on incentives than GM or Ford in August — without coming close to BMW’s or Daimler’s lavish rewards.
FCA incentives, $4,650 per car, were substantially up from August 2016 ($4,205) and July 2017 ($4,479). Some of that may have been a temporary clear-out of the Jeep Compass and Patriot.
