Hood opinions

I found a shaker hood for my new Dakota This is what i have been puttering around with as of late.

I painted it and now i cant decide whether to put the badge on ... or leave it off

so lets see what people think.

I've always thought those badges were fugly, I like things smooth and clean looking, especially custom items.

it was a trade item I found it on Kijiji.ca

i traded my old tonneau cover from my old Dakota, as a deposit for the shaker set up so in total i paid $300
its a functional shaker scoop not one of them decorative items.

leave it off...its the same shape as the shaker and clutters the hood because of it.....is that a shaker or an open scoop?...looks like an open scoop..but still a cool lookin hood

i'd like to see the grill inserts and scoop colors matched up. both argent silver or flat black. :huh: can I get a witness?

i was actually thinking the same thing when i was looking at the hood today. Argent silver is what i was thinking.
