Ok I am just getting into hockey and I pretty much get the jist of the game but I do have one question.....how does a player have say 7 goals but 21 points if each goal is only 1 point. My g/f says it's personal points or something like that. Can someone clear it up for me? Oh and GO

you assist on a goal if you passed it to the goal scorer. The last two teammates to touch the puck get an assist.

Play NHL 2006 by EASports and you'll figure it out.

Go Canucks!

Stupid salary cap ruined the Av's, we had to lose Forsburg over that.

But you still have Joe Sakic :)

There's a street out here called Joe Sakic Way... he was born in Burnaby, BC.

I like how the Av's signed the "hated" Brad May (He was the guy who said the 'Nucks would get revenge on Steve Moore). After one shift and 3 big hits, the boos turned to cheers. A great character guy, and a slap in the face to Steve Moore :D

That guy sure milked it.
