eww eww more please :)

Seriously cool, isn't it?

I think it would do well on air.

Car people would be all over it for sure, but with a bit more production, you'd be able to keep people of a lesser obsession interested.

By more production, I don't mean staged arguments like on Choppers or Boyd's abomination. If ya want a soap opera stay home during the day.

I mean more like Chop Cut Rebuild - but then, I really don't like that show - too much going on at once. It's like following a general contractor around.

Some combination of the focus of realrestorations and the production/editing of CCR and you'd have something that people other than die-hard car people will watch.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'd watch it over and over again as is... (I think you were talking about a DVD at one point, yes? Sign me up, please.), but for the cable channels (speed, discovery, spike, etc.), you need to hook a wider audience -for some reason...

That's how these other shows have stayed on the air - they've added in the drama. Add something else into the mix other than the drama, and you've got a winner. Maybe a spin towards the business of restorations and Discovery would run it. More hooks to the suppliers for ad revenue.. that usually gets the programme execs listening..

I don't know. I'm thinkig out loud here. I think the challenge is to balance the great thing that you have with the goop that will get it on the air and not ruin the whole idea of "real."

I guess I just like the whole concept that you've put together so much that I'm just trying to figure out how to get more...MORE! MORE I WANT MORE!!!!

Man I have no idea where its going, I think its going to be a hour or so dvd documentry type thing. About half way through we realized we should have went with tech or how to's persay. Alot was done when we realized that. Either way the car looks great. Not show but nice. I would like to get with David and do some how tos to add to it, patch/rust fixes, paint use and mixing and such, small segments of those. By far Im no pro but no one else is doing that. We still have the final voice over interview to come. So hang on..youll get more..

Not to worry. Whatever you end up with, you've already got something to be proud of.
