Help!!

EEEEEEEKKKKK! it's a
I have an annoying problem. My left turn signal indicator on the dash (every thing outside works great) isn't working. It worked fine until the other day when I replaced the wiper pivot seals. I didn't notice it wasn't working until a couple days ago. I replaced the seals 2 weeks ago. I also have the left side of my dash lamps out. The right side lights up, left no. That has been going on for a while. I took a picture and I noticed that the printed circuit board has a spot on it, think this might be my problem?
I also have a connector hanging lose, I think it is for the EGR service light, that I don't have, so it's just a dud.
Any Ideas will be welcome! I know it's petty, but I would like it fixed.

soldering it is out of the question without taking the cluster out. I am wondering if I could use a rear window defroster repair kit to patch it. I'll take a tester to it later. It's more of a nuisance than anything, but I get anal over crap like that.

I keep finding out new info... from that first link, "By comparison, an equal amount of "Wire Glue" has a resistance of about 90 ohms per inch." indicates that my second link might not be the best solution in terms of conductivity.... but we're talking a bout a small blob, so, it might be just fine.. 90 ohms is a lot though.

so I take it you've had the bulb and socket out and checked for crud there.

Quick stab at the loose connector. "fasten seat belts" ?

Yep, pulled the bulbs and sockets, replaced the bulbs. Going to go ahead and replace the sockets. After pouring over wiring diagrams for what seemed like an eternity, I confirmed that the lose connector is for a EGR maintenance light. But what I did notice, if you look at the first picture, there was a yellow thingy (yeah I know, redneck tech) disconnected. I found the connector for that tucked up in the wiring harness. That is the seat belt reminder light timer.
Put tester on both sides of the bad spot on board, no juice on either side. May not be enough voltage to light a test light, so I'll drop back and punt later tonight.
