can somebody decode this VIN # HL29G8B356876 . my friend might bid on this but he wants to be sure its an rr . and i cant find anywhere to decode the vin . also what do you guys think it is worth ?

There's a real volare runner by my work for $900.00 it still has the flares and rear spoiler. I walked by it aboot 3 months ago.
