Have not really been around lately and thought I would drop a line to say hi. Nothing going on with my car as it will be sitting until November for final paint. I did turn my dad on to a good deal on a viper and damned if he didnt buy the thing. It is number 46 of the first run of cars. Not perfect but a really nice car that runs pretty good. It is a blast to drive and he actually got 30-32 mpg coming from Washington. These pics are a lot darker than I thought, they are of the car getting an alarm and system installation. I will drop some more pics when I get some.

Hey Mango hows it going? Whenever we can meet up is good with me. I have the goodmark hood but I need one for the other car also. No timetable as to when I need it, whenever is fine with me. The biggest problem is I only get a couple of days off, I used to get 5 days and a road trip with that many days is no problem. PM me with possible dates if you want and we can try to work out a time when it will be convenient for both of us. How is your car coming along?

Ah, I didn't know you got another hood already. Let me know if you're still looking for anything else as well. I have a bunch of stuff off the parts car I brought down with me from PA.

I think I remember it being about a 11 hour drive one way via Mapquest. If we could meet about halfway that would make it a lot easier. We could do that over any regular weekend I would think. The third and fourth weekends of October are already booked for me, but I can probably make the trip any other time. Give me a call sometime and we'll see what works out best.

As far as my car goes...:doubt: The heat, humidity and mosquitoes have been extremely opressive for a while now. It's just started to cool off lately due to all the rain. Other than the weather, I've been working on bikes more lately than the car. I have one more motorcycle left to fix up (03 XT225) and another to tear down and part out (03WR450F) on Ebay. The Wife's 97 GSXR 600 is in the shop getting tweaked so that one is out of the way now. The 07 TW200 is fine but I had to put it (and all the bikes for that matter) in the storage unit behind the car when it looked like Hurricane Dean was coming up this way. That left me no space to work on anything at all. I'm almost to the point that I'll have room to use the storage unit as a shop again. Once I can do that, I'll finally be able to make some progress with the Chally. :giggedy:
