The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and the Jeep Renegade are bothfinalists for the World Car of the Year. The winners will be announced on April 2, 2015, at the New York Auto Show.
The Renegade was one of ten candidates for the World Car of the Year, and the Challenger made the cut as one of ten competing for Performance Car of the Year. The candidates were selected from the votes of aninternational jury of 75 automotive journalists.
Only one other American car is vying for Car of the Yearand Performance Car of the Year (Mustang and Corvette, respectively).
