Tam just flew out this morning and will be with family in Jacksonville, FL tomorrow. I'll be spending the holiday alone with the cat in a house full of packed moving boxes...

My husband wanted a huge batch of my homemade mashed potatoes. I handed him a peeler and knife and put him to work. He did good!
