nothing like getting boned just because we are a captive audience. i was initially told that it would be 25 dollars a surface to mill the heads on the deck side and he was not for sure about the intake side. well he says it will take almost all day to do one head and it will be 100 dollars for one head for the deck side. if it costs the same for the intake side im looking at 400 dollars just for milling! 12 dollars each for hard exhaust seats sounds about right to me but the milling seems excessive. what do you guys think? i told him with that amount of moneey i would be halfway to a set of ready to go edelbrock aluminum heads with new springs, retainers, keepers and valves. i dropped them off but they are going to call me when they get the tally for the work.
